REGISTER A NEW BEAR:

Click onto PLAY NOW and then click onto CREATE A BEAR. Choose a name for your Bear, password, and enter your parent’s email address. Then the fun part! Choose your favorite Bear type – Honey Bear, Brown Bear, Panda Bear, Koala Bear, Polar Bear, Spectacled Bear, or Spirit Bear! SECRET: you can always change your Bear type later with Magic Milkshakes! Click onto CONTINUE, and then have your parent check their email account for a registration confirmation email. They will need to click onto the confirmation link before you can start playing Secret Bear World! If you try to activate your new Bear Account and see an error message, then you may wish to try to login and play; sometimes a customer clicks onto the activation link more than once and an error message will show when the Bear Account has already been activated with the first click. If you still cannot activate your new Bear Account, please forward your registration confirmation email to Customer Service.

CHANGE PASSWORD:

Unable to login? Please check that your caps lock or A light on your keyboard is not on. If it is on, then press the caps lock key and try again.

If you wish to change your password, simply send an email with your Bear Name, the email address used to activate your Secret Bear World account, and the new password you wish to use. We will reset your password and send a confirmation email to you.

WHY CAN’T I CONNECT TO THE SERVER?

Secret Bear World may be currently down for maintenance (fixing bear bugs!). Or you may need to clear your web browser’s cache. And you should always have the latest version of Flash installed. The Secret Bear World game servers may just be beary busy, so wait a little while and then try to login again.

LATEST FLASH PLAYER:

Secret Bear World runs best when you have the latest Flash player installed on your computer. It’s always a good idea to keep your Flash player up to date as Adobe continually updates Flash with bug fixes, security enhancements, and performance improvements. CLEAR CACHE OF WEB BROWSER:

Your web browser’s cache is a temporary storage area on your computer. As you surf the web, your web browser will automatically save some of the web pages you visit to your computer’s hard drive. This is called caching and it is useful to help web pages load faster when you visit them often.

Sometimes your web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.) may load old cached files instead of loading new files from Secret Bear World game servers. This could cause the game to not fully load or load incorrectly and you will need to clear your web browser’s cache.  To clear your web browser’s cache, follow the directions below for the specific web browser you are using. Be sure to ask your parent or guardian before doing this!
